Nonfat dry milk makes the laundry grow.
What she didn't include was her reply to our landlord's statement.
"Unless they're killer assassin robots."
I'm not sure he heard her. He's rather deaf. Then again, I think he might pretend to not hear some things she says. It's a survival mechanism I learned early in our relationship. Smile and nod or don't respond at all.
